The Morgan Maze opened last week. It's inaugural year was last year and the kids had so much fun so we knew we would be back again when it opened this year. Sarah and Landon were in town and Sam's (our) friend Erik and his son Carter came along with us. They have a huge corn maze and there are three levels of difficulty. We took the easy path that was .4 miles. They also have a haunted corn maze but it wasn't open yet when we went. Not that we would bring the kids to the haunted maze! That's a sure recipe for no sleep for a month.
There was these giant dried corn pits that was such a hit. The kids loved them! Sarah and Landon climbed in as well. It got fine cornstarch/dust over all their clothes. Our seats in the jeep are still covered in the dust. I am also still finding the dried corn around the house.
They have a little section with small animals. A "hay maze" with small bales of hay for the kids to run around, train rides, a hay tunnel, tires to climb on and an epic giant slide. OK the slide was also such a hit. We spent so much time. All three kids are obsessed with the slide. Even I think it was super fun! I loved the slide.
After we went to the maze we went to the Milk Barn Creamery that opened on our street this summer. It was such a fun family night out. We created great memories.
