End of Another Season

 The kids Fall 2023 season is over. Technically, the kids still have one more game next Saturday. But we're going to be out of town Saturday. So they had their last games. They both enjoyed playing soccer this season. I think they really started understanding the positions and how the game works. Everly was so close to scoring a goal at her last game. She was so bummed she missed it by a hair. Theo played defender most of the season. He loved it. His coach kept giving him opportunities to be a forward but he would always somehow make his way back to the defender position. They played hard every game and tried their best. They had amazing coaches, thankfully. Some of the other teams coaches are very intense.....a little psycho if you ask me. Nora was their biggest cheerleader. She hung in there during the hot games at the beginning of the season and the cold games at the end of the season. She wants to play as well so we'll see! I think they all want to play this spring. 

On a random note, I took a drive through East Canyon and Emigration Canyon one day. I was in Salt Lake and I wanted to take the scenic way home to peep the fall colors. It was a a little stormy at the top of the mountain and it was so beautiful! I couldn't get over the beauty. I kept pulling over to take a picture and Nora would get very upset every time I left the car so I wasn't able to take as many pictures as I wanted.
