The Beginning

So I got up at 3:07AM to feed Everly. It's now 4:45AM and I'm still awake. Yep. Somewhere between 3:07AM and now I had the great idea to start a blog about our family. Normally I fall right back to sleep after feeding Everly but there's been a few times after feedings that I just can't fall back asleep. I guess this is one of them. I really don't like staying awake while Everly sleeps. I just know it's sleep I'm never going to get back!
Anyway I'm starting this blog mostly for myself. I've been trying to be better at keeping a journal and I've done okay. But I love the idea of being able to put pictures with journal posts and what better way to do that than with electronics. I'm almost always using some type of electronic while I feed Everly so I'm hoping by using the blog to journal that I'll create entries more often and stay up on it!:) Wishful thinking? We'll see.....
I think I'll have a lot of posts early on because there are several things that have recently happened that I need to journal about.
