Second Baby Bumpdate: Week 30

So technically I'm 31 weeks but this picture was taken at 30 weeks.

I had a doctor appointment last week. It went well! I only gained 2 pounds between my last two appointments (four weeks apart!). I was thankful because I went to Chicago in between my appointments and I ate a TON!! I'm measuring four weeks ahead of schedule. With Everly I measured ahead of schedule a few times but it always evened out and it was usually just one week ahead. But four weeks, man I was shocked that he was measuring that big! I kept telling Sam I could tell the baby is big. He just feels so much bigger than Everly. He's defiantly stronger, when he pushes against me it's more......intense than when Everly would push against me. I'm anxious to see if he is still big at my next appointment (we'll find out in just about one week). I'm nervous to have a large baby. I sure hope he if's that big that he comes just a little early for my sake:).
On the note of coming early, I've been nervous because I've been having Braxton Hicks contractions for over a week now. I had a few hours of Braxton Hicks with Everly but it was just two weeks away from my due date. My stomach tightens so much it's beyond uncomfortable and almost painful. It's often but not always accompanied with cramping. Again not painful but uncomfortable to the point of being almost painful. My doctor says that it's normal as long as there's no blood and it's not intense labor pains that are consistent. But I'm telling you, I'm not sure I can take 9 more weeks of this. I defiantly don't want the little guy to show up before he's done cooking though so it's kind of a catch 22. The women in my family don't go in to labor themselves so I highly doubt I'll go in to labor by myself but we'll see what happens.
Other than that I've been feeling pretty good. I've still be able to keep up on my workouts and stay busy with Everly. The weather is getting nicer so it's been fun to feel like we can get out of the house and enjoy the outdoors again! I've been sleeping okay and my back/hip pains haven't been as bad as I was expecting.
We're coming up blank on names which is stressing me out. I really want to have a name for him when he's born. We've had such a hard time with boy names. We chose three names fairly easily that we LOVED when I was pregnant with Everly and we just knew when she was born which name was hers. There wasn't a doubt in either of our minds. When it comes to boy names we just don't love the names. Hopefully we can come up with something by the time he's born. There are several names we both like but they are all super popular right now and neither of us want to name our baby something that is crazy popular.
